Welcome to Medical Acupuncture

In order to make the most of your experience, we recommend the following:

• Please download and fill out your forms prior to coming in for your appointment. Alternatively, you can arrive 20 minutes early to fill out your new patient/clint paperwork. Failure to have your paperwork completed by your scheduled appointment may result in rescheduling.
• Please bring in at least one form of ID with you to the appointment and wear comfortable clothes.
• At this time, we recommend that everyone wears a face mask to their appointment, however it is not mandatory. 
• ​New Patient Cancellation/No Show Policy: Please note, if your appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for a $75 fee.
